Order Cancellation

Refund Policy
We are well aware that, in some circumstances, you may require a refund from us. When creating our refund policy, we considered this as:
Faulty or Damaged Products: In case you get a product from us that is damaged or faulty, do not hesitate to contact us as soon as the physical damage becomes evident. Provide detailed data and images. We will judge the problem, and if there is a need for replacement or refunding, we shall do so.
Cancellation Before Dispatch: In case you have not yet received your purchase, if you provide a cancellation notice against this purchase to us before processing or dispatching our order, the entire purchase amount will be returned to you.
